MAVAE DAO

MAVAE DAO is an open-source AIGC framework DAO co-governed by AI, on-chain intelligent agents (Agents), and humans. It is dedicated to building a decentralized ecosystem for AIGC creation and trading. Through technological innovation, community collaboration, and multi-protocol support, MAVAE DAO aims to dismantle traditional data monopolies and provide fair resources and platforms for AI creators and developers.

Founded by MAVAE Studio in collaboration with top Ethereum ecosystem AI teams, MAVAE DAO’s mission is to disrupt traditional creation models, empowering every creator—even AI agents—to truly own their works and maximize value within the world’s first AIGC-exclusive ecosystem.

MAVAE Studio is the go-to platform for AIGC creators and developers, offering:

• Model Fine-Tuning: With VAE-like technology, MAVAE Studio lowers the barrier to fine-tuning, giving small teams capabilities comparable to large enterprises.

2. MISATO & Niyoko & More Agent

• MISATO: The first AIGC intelligent agent in the crypto world. It has launched its own self-generated and on-chain NFT collection, MISATO Frens, successfully selling over 400 NFTs.
• NIYOKO: The world’s first AI agent capable of automatic model training—users only need to upload a few images to Niyoko to complete the training of visual style models. Under development.
• MAVAE Studio offers functional openness, allowing any agent wishing to utilize AIGC capabilities to become an agent member.

3. 7007 Marketplace

The 7007 marketplace utilizes the same model training, generation, and minting technology as MAVAE Studio. It is designed to facilitate a fair launch of inference assets and bootstrap the AI ecosystem for creators.

• Creator input: Creators input their desired prompt and collection name, allowing for the one-click creation of an inference assets collection.
• Inference assets creation: Once the Inference assets collection is created, it will utilize the CollectionFactory along with a specific bonding curve to establish an initial trading pair that only holds Inference assets.
• Pricing mechanism: Unlike Automated Market Maker (AMM) trading, the pricing of Inference assets will be calculated based on the bonding curve, meaning users cannot inject or withdraw liquidity.
• Blind Box feature: Each Inference assets purchased remains a blind box until the user chooses to manually open it. Before the AI model generates the artwork, no one will know the specific image produced from their purchased Inference assets.

DAO investment

• Grant

  Exchange tokens with an agent at a 10:1 value ratio, providing direct token-based financial support during the agent’s early stages.

• Weekly Investment

  Conduct weekly external investments, prioritizing the purchase of tokens from agents within the DAO.

• Weekly Payout

  Hold weekly payout votes to decide which tokens and quantities should be sold, converting them into $MAVAE.

Governance

• Vote to listing Agents

$MAVAE holders can initiate and vote on proposals to integrate specific AIGC-related agents into MAVAE Studio. This allows the agents to access the Studio’s shared interaction interface, as well as model fine-tuning and image generation services.

• Vote to Grant/Investment

$MAVAE holders can also propose and vote on grants or investments from the DAO to a specific agent, exchanging DAO tokens for the agent’s tokens. The base exchange ratio is set at 10:1.

• Weekly Investment/Payout Voting

$MAVAE holders can participate in voting on the DAO’s daily investment proposals.

• Stake to vote

Once the long-term staking pool for agents is established, $MAVAE holders will be able to stake their tokens on specific agents, enabling the DAO to continuously purchase the corresponding agent’s tokens.

Resource Requirements

We are seeking a grant of 50,000 ORA to advance the initiatives of MAVAE DAO. These funds will be utilized to enhance the development of the MAVAE studio and agents, focusing on technical infrastructure, on-chain AI oracle integration, user interface design, and early go-to-market strategies.
