Program Tiers
Track 1: CATALYZE
Designed For:
Solopreneurs, hackers, early-stage projects.
How To Enter:
- Submit any hack, project or fork that integrates with ORA infrastructure to the ORA Ecosystem Repo
- Fill out this form
Evaluation Criteria:
- Integrate at least 1 component of ORA’s Full Stack AI x Web3 infrastructure
- See Resources section for a list of ORA’s infrastructure
- ORA reserves the right to evaluate each project for suitability
- Additional consideration will be given to projects that integrate or collaborate with elements of other projects in the ORA ecosystem
Rewards:
- Testing Credits:
- $500 ORA credits for testing and development
- Networking and Support:
- Access to ORA Ecosystem TG Channel
- Dev and ops support for next hack from ORA team
- Introduction to relevant ecosystem partners to further the project.
- Shoutout of your project on ORA socials

- Early communication about hackathons, bounties, events and other developer opportunities
Track 2: SPRINT
Designed For:
Small-medium teams, experiments, early projects.
How To Enter:
- Fill out this form to share more about your idea
Evaluation Criteria:
- Case-by-case basis. ORA reserves the right to evaluate each project for suitability
- Project must plan to integrate 2 pieces of ORA infrastructure
- Additional consideration will be given to projects that integrate or collaborate with elements of other projects in the ORA ecosystem
Rewards:
- All rewards included in Track 1
- Work intimately with the ORA Team through a 3-month program
- Milestones:
- Weeks 1-4: Early development and scenario testing
- Weeks 5-8: MVP and user testing
- Weeks 9-12: Open-source v1 release
- Milestones:
- Stipend:
- $2K/mo dev salary + $10K RMS credits
- With a maximum of 4 developers
- GTM Support:
- Marketing and launch support following milestone completion
- Priority:
- Priority consideration for subsequent tiers in the ORA Builder Program
Track 3: GROWTH
Designed For:
Small-medium teams with an already existing MVP or early live product.
How To Enter:
- Submit a PR of your project that integrates with ORA infrastructure to the ORA Ecosystem Repo
- Fill out this form
Evaluation Criteria:
- Working demo with at least 2 pieces of ORA infra
- OR uses 1 ORA product currently and intends to increase scope
- ORA integration as a part of the project’s messaging on site and socials
- ORA reserves the right to evaluate each project for suitability
- Additional consideration will be given to projects that integrate or collaborate with elements of other projects in the ORA ecosystem

Track 4: ACCELERATE
Designed For:
Teams with a live product and audience.
How To Enter:
- Submit a PR of your project that integrates with ORA infrastructure to the ORA Ecosystem Repo

Evaluation Criteria:
- Live product that uses ≥2 ORA products (e.g., RMS + opAgent)
- Core product must depend on ORA’s infra
- Promising baseline metrics of active useage
- ORA integration a key component of messaging on socials and website
- ORA reserves the right to evaluate each project for suitability
- Additional consideration will be given to projects that integrate or collaborate with elements of other projects in the ORA ecosystem
Rewards:
- Grant Amount:
- $30k-100k
- All rewards included in Track 3
- Dedicated incentivized co-marketing campaign
- Conference presence alongside ORA
Track 5: DOMINATE
Designed For:
Teams with a live product and medium-large audience.
How To Enter:
- Submit a PR of your project that integrates with ORA infrastructure to the ORA Ecosystem Repo
- Fill out this form
Evaluation Criteria:
- Live product that uses ≥2 ORA products (e.g., RMS + opAgent)
- OR uses 1 product currently and intends to increase scope
- Core product must depend on ORA’s infra
- Dedicated ORA module in docs
- Strong baseline metrics of active useage
- ORA integration a main component of messaging on socials and website
- ORA reserves the right to evaluate each project for suitability. Additionally, successful acceptance in to the ORA Builder Program will necessitate a conversation to discuss specific terms of investment

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any consequences resulting from your actions while participating in the program.
Intellectual Property:
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your work. However, by participating in the program, you grant ORA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your work for promotional purposes related to the ORA Builder Program.
Grant Distribution:
The awarding of grants is at the sole discretion of ORA. ORA reserves the right to modify the terms of any grant or revoke a grant at any time without prior notice.
Liability Release:
You release and hold harmless ORA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the ORA Builder Program, including but not limited to any claims related to the selection process, use of infrastructure, or distribution of grants.
Compliance with Laws:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation in the ORA Builder Program.
